Ikon Self Storage is located right off RT 400 Exit # 2- Union Rd in West Seneca, NY, a 15-minute drive from Downtown, Buffalo, NY. Our office is open Monday thru Saturday 9am-5:30pm. Rental agreements are Anniversary date to Anniversary date, with the option to pay in advance, pay online or set up auto-pay and never think about a due date again. Additionally, we have a dropbox available for checks and money orders in our front hall, accessible 24/7. We accept cash, checks, money orders or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
Locally, our facility stands alone with a covered loading and unloading canopy bay to keep our customers out of the elements while moving in or out. We also have multiple moving carts available for your convenience.
SERVICE
Ikon Self Storage is happy to have each and every customer walk into our office. You will be greeted by a welcoming face every time. Our contemporary office is set up to help everyone feel comfortable; providing refreshments including hot coffee, water bottles, and tasty candies. We also have a comfortable couch to relax on during your breaks from moving in. Stop in during business hours!
Since we have only one location, 1777 Union Road in West Seneca, NY, you will primarily work with the same staff members. Our full time manager is Heather Schwartz. Heather will be happy to take the time to explain all terms of moving into your Ikon Self Storage unit. Along side Heather are two part time employees, both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the business. As a team, we will do our best to ensure your happiness while renting from us. SECURE
The facility is well lit with over 30+ surveillance cameras inside and surrounding the premises. There are two security gates & multiple doors with accessible entry only to those who are renting spaces. Upon initial move in, we ask each client to produce a pin number of their own to dedicate solely to their entry.
Ikon Self Storage is secured by PTI Security
Ikon Self Storage customers are asked to purchase one of our Chateau cylinder locks for $14.99 + tax. These locks are top of the line, the most secure and come with 3 keys. Additional keys can be made if necessary, however Ikon Self Storage staff does not have access to personal key sets and cannot access a locked storage unit.

VARIETY
The Ikon Self Storage facility was designed with a variety of size units inside the building; all of which are climate controlled. Inside, you can choose from units ranging from 4' x 5' to 15' x 17'. Our outdoor units range from 5' x 10' to 10' x 40'. We also have 20', 30' and 40' outdoor Parking Spots available. Rent prices of each unit/spot do vary depending on size, availability and location, check out our UNIT RATES page to see our current pricing and availability.
From there, you are also able to make a reservation!
CLEANLINESS
At Ikon Self Storage, we take pride in our contemporary look and clean environment. Cleaning is done daily. Although it's not a problem, to be proactive we have set out and filled rodent bait containers surrounding every outdoor unit building.
